Jazz at The Maj: Migiwa Miyajima

Producer, arranger, composer and pianist, Migiwa Miyajima joins WAYJO from New York, fresh from working with the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra and appearing at the famous Birdland jazz club.

The Wednesday Night Orchestra will take Migiwa’s compositions head on, reflecting the complexity of and shades of her own musical journey.

Following on from WAYJO’s annual cultural exchange with Showa University, Japan, our artists will embrace the cross cultural influences in an intimate night of international jazz.
